The 2026 Solheim Cup finishes this weekend in the Netherlands, which means you’ll have to wait two more years before the next iteration of the biennial event arrives. Although in 2028 it returns to the U.S.
Next up is Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Ky., to host the 21st playing of the Solheim Cup come Sept. 8-10, 2028.
Valhalla is no stranger to golf’s marquee events.
It’s hosted four PGA Championships, two Senior PGA Championships and the 2008 Ryder Cup. It most recently hosted the 2024 PGA, which was won by Xander Schauffele but perhaps most remembered for the bizarre arrest of World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler.
