Length off the tee is as important as it’s ever been in golf, and gaining distance starts in the gym.

Averee Dovsek is once again reporting from Xymogym in Orlando, Florida, this time with Golfweek‘s Director of Instruction Steve Scott to demonstrate a bent-over dumbbell row. This exercise is great for building upper body strength, which in turn will result in more speed in your golf swing and longer drives.
