The stars of the PGA Tour are joining the DP World Tour regulars across the pond at the 2026 Genesis Scottish Open this week, and the World No. 1 and defending Open champion is the betting favorite. Here is everything you need to know about the Genesis Scottish Open odds and other betting favorites to start the week.
Genesis Scottish Open betting favorites
We have one week to go until the 2026 Open Championship, the final men’s major of the year. First, many of the star players expected to contend at Royal Birkdale are teeing it up at the Genesis Scottish Open.
World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler is among them, and, as is the case whenever he plays, he is the betting favorite at +500 odds-to-win. It helps that Scheffler is the defending Open champion.
A one-time Scottish Open champion who finished T2 last year comes in right behind Scheffler on the odds list. That would be World No. 2 Rory McIlroy, who heads into the week with +920 odds-to-win.
Since the Scottish Open is co-sanctioned by the PGA Tour and DP World Tour, some LIV Golf stars are allowed to play. That’s why you’ll find Jon Rahm in third on the odds list at +1300.
Filling out the top 5 in oddsmakers’ eyes are Xander Schauffele (+1800) and Ludvig Aberg (+2000).
You can see the top 25 and ties in the Genesis Scottish Open betting odds as of Tuesday morning below via Draft Kings.
