Sei Young Kim has accumulated 13 LPGA Tour victories in her long career, but she’s only captured one win since 2020. That could change this week.
Kim charged into the early lead at the FM Championship with an impressive eight-under 64 on Day 1 at TPC Boston. That was good enough for a one-shot lead heading into Friday’s second round.
World No. 1 Nelly Korda struggled to an even-par 72 and will need to make up eight shots over the final 54 holes.
Kim will begin Round 2 on Friday at 12:54 p.m. ET alongside Erika Hara and Allisen Corpuz.
