Rose Zhang made her first professional start on Thursday as a Callaway staffer. On Sunday, she became the first player since Beverly Hanson, in 1951, to win on the LPGA in her pro debut. The 12-time winner at Stanford defeated Jennifer Kupcho on the second hole of a sudden-death playoff to claim her first LPGA title at the 2023 Mizuho Americas Open.
