The 2022 U.S. Open at The Country Club in Brookline is underway, with the best golfers in the world trying to capture the third major of the year. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the action on TV.
What channel is the U.S. Open on?
This year’s U.S. Open will be televised by one familiar TV channel and one brand-new one, at least in the golf world. NBC will air the heart of all four rounds, including exclusive TV coverage of Saturday’s third round and the leaders’ final rounds on Sunday. But, for the first time, early-round coverage will air on USA.
USA will have a nearly 4 1/2-hour telecast to open the tournament on Thursday morning, as well as two additional hours of coverage at the end of the round.
As with some other events recently broadcast by NBC, some coverage of the U.S. Open will be available exclusively online on Peacock. Additionally, Peacock will provide featured group and featured hole coverage all tournament long, which can also be streamed on USOpen.com. You can check out the full U.S. Open streaming schedule here.
