This easy workout will help you around the greens (and beyond)

The ability to turn your torso while keeping your lower body stable is very important, especially on shots around the green. Here’s how to get better at it.

Hold a club out in front of you and step out with your left leg into a lunge position. Slowly rotate your upper body in the direction of your front knee (1, below). Maintain balance and keep your front knee from moving with your torso. Hold for two seconds and return to front. Repeat this move 15 times. Now, lunge with your right leg and rotate across your front knee (2, below). Hold and repeat.

This exercise will help your consistency on short shots (and on full swings too).
