Joaquin Niemann is lurking

Niemann continued the solid form he put on display while playing alongside Tiger Woods for the first two rounds at the Masters by opening with a six-under 65. He’s two shots back, and seeking his third career Tour victory.

Other big names are in the mix

Young will have his work cut out for him over the next three rounds, as he’s being trailed by some big names. Former RBC Heritage champ Graeme McDowell is three shots back, as is FedEx Cup champ Patrick Cantlay and Open champ Shane Lowry.
