Pebble Beach Golf Links is one of the most photographic golf courses in the world. All that salt water and sunshine have such an effect.
Nos. 7, 8, 17 and 18 always seem to steal much of the spotlight, and rightfully so. They’re gorgeous to stare at, especially when the sun sinks low and the golden hour pops. But that doesn’t mean they’re the only out there on the Monterey Peninsula worth a photog’s time.
Golfweek’s Best course rankings support the greatness of the place. Pebble Beach Golf Links – the namesake of Pebble Beach Resorts – ranks No. 10 on Golfweek’s Best list of classic courses in the U.S., the highest public-access course in that ranking. It’s also No. 1 in California on the list for best public-access courses in each state and No. 1 again on the list for top resort courses in the U.S.
