It’s the 12 best American golfers going head-to-head against the 12 best from Europe in what many consider the most intense competition in golf, the Ryder Cup.
The 43rd rendition of this biennial event is taking place at the Straits Course at Whistling Straits in Haven, Wisconsin.
Europe has won seven of the last nine Cups, with the two American wins both coming on home soil, most recently in 2016.
Pete Dye’s masterpiece along the shores of Lake Michigan will play as a par 71 measuring 7,390 yards this week. Check out the best photos from the 43rd Ryder Cup.
