The first day of the 88th Masters Tournament is in the books, though the first round won’t be complete until early Friday morning.
Inclement weather on Thursday morning delayed the start of the first round by 2 ½ hours, and golfers with afternoon tee times Thursday didn’t complete their rounds.
The first round will resume at 7:50 a.m. ET on Friday, with ESPN picking up live coverage at 7:45 a.m. ET. The second round is scheduled to begin on time at 8 a.m. ET.
Bryson DeChambeau is the opening-day leader after a 7-under 65, his lowest score in relation to par in a major. He’s using a just-approved set of 3-D printed irons.
Scottie Scheffler is a shot behind after shooting 66. Danny Willett, the 2016 Masters champ, posted a 68. Tiger Woods, meamwhile, was 1 under thru 13 holes when the horn blew.
From tee times to TV and streaming info, here’s what you need to know for the second round of the 2024 Masters at Augusta National. All times Eastern.
