The 2023 Sanderson Farms Championship begins Thursday with the opening round at the Country Club of Jackson. Here’s what you need to know to watch Round 1 on TV or online.

Previewing Round 1

At last year’s Sanderson Farms Championship, Mackenzie Hughes triumphed in a playoff over Sepp Straka to capture his second PGA Tour title. But that was one of the few bright spots on the season for Hughes, who has only earned one top-10 finish since his win.

If Hughes is to win his second-straight Sanderson Farms title, he’ll have to get past the likes of European Ryder Cup star Ludvig Aberg, as well as major winners Jimmy Walker and Jason Dufner. And it all starts with Thursday’s opening round.

You can stream featured group coverage of the Sanderson Farms Championship via PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, or you can watch the telecast on Golf Channel starting at 4 p.m. ET. In addition, Peacock will provide a live simulcast of Golf Channel’s coverage.
