After three blustery days of play at the Renaissance Club, we’ve reached the final round of play at the 2022 Genesis Scottish Open. Here’s everything you need to know about tournament money, including purse, payout and winner’s share.

Genesis Scottish Open final round preview

Golf’s best have headed into the linksland for a brief summer “holiday” with many players tackling three events spread across three weeks in golf’s homeland. After relatively tame conditions at Adare Manor for the JP McManus Pro-Am, things have ratcheted up significantly at Renaissance Club, with golfers battling wind, bouncy conditions and plenty of thick rough en route to a proper links golf test.

Links golf is the great equalizer, and the first three days at the Scottish Open have proven as much. The game’s longest hitters have faded at Renaissance, leaving the stage open for golf’s shotmakers, who have not disappointed.

Through 54 holes, Xander Schauffele leads the way at 7 under after a Saturday 66. Schauffele is looking for his second win in as many starts, hoping to ride a hot streak straight into St. Andrews for next week’s 150th Open Championship. But if he’s going to hang on, he’ll have to outlast Jordan Spieth, who is looking to conjure some of his old self’s links magic at Renaissance. Spieth enters Sunday trailing by three. Further back, Matt Fitzpatrick, the reigning U.S. Open Champ, looks to mount a Sunday charge of his own.

Below, find everything you need to know about the Scottish Open’s $8 million purse, including payout information and winner’s share; you can catch the final round on CBS from noon to 3 p.m. ET.
