AUGUSTA, Ga. — If you can’t watch Tiger Woods during the second round of the 2023 Masters, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
The 15-time major champion is back at Augusta National this week with a pair of records on his mind, one more in reach than the other. Woods’ quest for a record-tying sixth green jacket took a hit on Thursday after a 2-over 74 in the opening round left him nine shots behind the trio of leaders Brooks Kopeka, Viktor Hovland and Jon Rahm.
If Woods, 47, can find a way to make the weekend cut, he’ll tie the record for most consecutive cuts made at the Masters with 23 to join Gary Player and Fred Couples. The 82-time winner on the PGA Tour has never missed the cut at the Masters as a professional since his debut in 1997 (he was low amateur in 1995 and missed the cut in 1996 as an amateur).
Woods tees off at 12:54 p.m. ET on Friday afternoon alongside Hovland and Xander Schauffele. Follow every shot of Tiger’s second round below with shot-by-shot updates from Augusta National.

Showtime at Augusta. Tiger avoids the bunkers down the right side for the second consecutive day with driver and this one just checks up before running into the rough down the left side. He had a good angle at the back hole location and found the green, but left a lengthy look at birdie from just inside 40 feet.
He left a lot of putts short yesterday but that wasn’t the case here on the first. Had plenty of speed to get to the hole but just didn’t match the line. Cleans up his par and we’re on to the next one.
TIGER ON THE DAY: Even through 1 (2 over for the tournament)
First par 5 of the day and Tiger needs to capitalize on these holes today if he has a shot to play the weekend. With incoming weather and wind, the pressure is on to get going sooner rather than later.
