Emory is the top-ranked team in 2022-23 Mizuno WGCA Div. III preseason coaches poll


Emory women’s golf ended last season on top of Div. III.

The Eagles will start the new season in that same spot.

Emory is the unanimous No. 1 team to open the new season in the 2022-23 Mizuno WGCA Div. III preseason coaches poll. The Eagles collected all 11 first-place votes.

George Fox check in at No. 2 with Methodist coming in at No. 3.

Carnegie Mellon and Williams College will start at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively, the poll.

About the Women’s Golf Coaches Association

The Women’s Golf Coaches Association, founded in 1983, is a non-profit organization representing women’s collegiate golf coaches. The WGCA was formed to encourage the playing of college golf for women in correlation with a general objective of education and in accordance with the highest tradition of intercollegiate competition.
