The PGA Tour’s 2024 season is here.
The Sentry is set to begin Thursday at Kapalua’s Plantation Course in Maui, Hawaii. Of the 59 players in the field, defending champion Jon Rahm isn’t there because of his move to LIV Golf, and neither is Rory McIlroy.
However, World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, fresh off his victory last month at the Hero World Challenge, is among the numerous stars teeing it up this week. Also in the field is defending FedEx Cup champion Viktor Hovland, last year’s runner-up Collin Morikawa and plenty more, like Ludvig Aberg, who’s in the field thanks to his victory at the RSM Classic in the season-ending event in November.
