The rain-delayed final round of the 2024 Cognizant Classic at The Palm Beaches continues on Monday at PGA National Resort. Here’s what you need to know to watch the Monday finish on TV or online, including complete Cognizant Classic Monday TV coverage.
Previewing Monday finish
The weekend is over, but the Cognizant Classic is not. The PGA Tour event was supposed to end on Sunday, but inclement weather in the middle of the day ruined that plan.
Play was suspended at 12:49 p.m. ET Sunday afternoon, and it did not resume until 4:17 p.m. ET. When play first halted, the leaders hadn’t started their rounds yet, but eventually they teed off around 5 p.m. ET. As a result, they were only able to complete a few holes before darkness fell.
So the championship will have to be decided on Monday, and Austin Eckroat, who made two birdies early to reach 15 under, will be the man to beat.
You can watch Monday’s action at the Cognizant Classic on TV via Golf Channel starting at 8 a.m. ET. In addition, Peacock will provide a live simulcast of Golf Channel coverage.
