On Tuesday, ahead of this week’s FedEx St. Jude Invitational, players were asked what would be one thing they would change on the PGA Tour. In light of the Tour’s recent proposed deal with the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund, there’s a thought that possibly everything is on the table.
The answers were vast. Brian Harman, for example, wanted a cold plunge.
And there was Jon Rahm.
In this story of the St. Jude money, he did not need a pot of gold.
But he desired a pot.
[Sorry.]
“I can tell you right now my priorities are a lot lower than what a lot of people would think,” Rahm said. “If I have to — if I go by request — I know this is going to sound very stupid, but as simple as having a freaking port-a-potty on every hole. I know it sounds crazy, but I can’t choose when I have to go to the bathroom. I’ve told the Tour this many times, as simple as that.”
With that, below is a complete list of the 2023 FedEx St. Jude Championship payouts for each player. The total purse is $20 million.
