You might rush to the tee chomping on a bagel with three minutes to spare and without any time to hit range balls. As for pros, not so much. Here’s how Justin Thomas spent his warm-up during a tournament round in February. Take notes, as there’s plenty we can learn from how pros practice.
Justin Thomas’ warm-up

11:29 a.m. Heads to the range. Sets up TrackMan and starts hitting easy wedges, working his way up to full swings.
