The top 50 players and ties make the 36-hole cut at the Masters, which no longer uses the 10-shot rule. From 2013 to 2019, the top 50 and ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the lead, made the cut. But that rule is no more — only the top 50 and ties will remain for the weekend.

As of 3:45 p.m. ET, the cut line sits at four over par, with 57 players sitting at that number or better. Many big names are flirting with that number at the moment, chief among them Tiger Woods, who is three over (you can follow his entire second round here). After dazzling the patrons on Thursday, Woods’ second round has been a relative struggle with four bogeys in his first five holes.

Other big names in danger of missing the cut include Brooks Koepka (five over thru 17), Max Homa (four over thru 9), Viktor Hovland (four over thru 14), Jordan Spieth (four over thru 17), Francesco Molinari (four over thru 14), Bryson DeChambeau (seven over thru 7) and Matthew Wolff (10 over thru 10).

Notable players who will likely miss the cut include Xander Schauffele (six over), Abraham Ancer (seven over), Justin Rose (eight over) and Gary Woodland (eight over).
