For the past few weeks now, former World No. 1 Dustin Johnson has been quietly rounding into form, and right on time with major season lurking. So far at the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play, it looks a trip back to the winner’s circle could be coming soon.

Johnson faced off against Matthew Wolff on Day 2 of group play on Thursday, delivering a 4 and 2 victory to back up his 3 and 2 win yesterday over Mackenzie Hughes.

With the best record in his group, DJ is the driving seat heading into the final round of group play on Friday. He’ll take on Max Homa in Round 3, needing a win or tie to guarantee his spot in the round of 16 Saturday morning. You can stream the entire third round via PGA Tour Live on ESPN+.
