The PGA Tour heads to Japan this week for the 2021 Zozo Championship at Accordia Golf Narashino Country Club. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the tournament.
Zozo Championship preview
The Zozo Championship is the first fully-sanctioned PGA Tour event to be held in Japan. First played in 2019, the tournament had a legendary inaugural event they could only dream of. Not only did Tiger Woods choose to play in the first-ever Zozo, he went out and won it to capture his 82nd Tour victory, tying Sam Snead for the all-time record.
Last year, the Covid-19 pandemic forced organizers to temporarily move the tournament to Sherwood Country Club, where PGA Tour Player of the Year Patrick Cantlay put together an epic final round to win. But after a successful Olympic golf event in Tokyo, the tournament is heading back to Japan this week.
Though Woods will be absent as he continues to recover from a car accident, plenty of big names will be teeing it up this week, including World No. 3 Collin Morikawa, gold medal winner Xander Schuaffele, Masters champion Hideki Matusyama, and Rickie Fowler, to name a few.
You can find the full list of tee times for Thursday’s first round and Friday’s second round below, along with complete information about streaming the 2021 Zozo Championship online or watching the action on TV.
