How to watch Baycurrent Classic
It may be the FedEx Fall, but this week’s field at the Baycurrent Classic looks like it belongs in the PGA Tour’s regular season.
Many big-name stars will be teeing it up in the only Japan-based PGA Tour event, and not just defending champion and World No. 10 Xander Schauffele.
Reigning U.S. Open champion and World No. 5 Wyndham Clark is also competing in Japan this week, along with three-time major winner Jordan Spieth, two-time PGA champion Justin Thomas, former Masters champion Hideki Matsuyama, six-time PGA Tour winner Rickie Fowler and more.
They’ll also be playing for one of the biggest purses of the FedEx Fall series, which stretches to $8 million with the winner taking home $1.44 million.
Due to the significant time zone differences between Japan and the United States, Thursay’s opening round will begin Wednesday night in the U.S., Friday’s second round will begin Thursday night and so on.
Golf Channel will provide exclusive TV coverage of the 2026 Baycurrent Classic, while Golfchannel.com and the Golf Channel app will offer live simulcasts of the TV coverage.
