This week’s Sony Open will be held at longtime host course Waialae Country Club, which was designed by legendary course architect Seth Raynor. While it doesn’t compare to the annual birdie fest we saw once again at last week’s Sentry, the Sony Open still usually features a low-scoring champion.

Last year, Si Woo Kim claimed the trophy with an 18-under total, which represented the fourth PGA Tour win of his career. Kim is back to defend his title in 2024, and while many stars are taking the week off, there are still several major champions in the field, including reigning Open champion Brian Harman and former U.S. Open winner Gary Woodland, who is making his first start since undergoing surgery to remove a brain tumor four months ago.

Golf Channel and NBC will provide TV coverage of the 2024 Sony Open, while Peacock and ESPN+ will offer streaming coverage online.
