After three rollicking days of play at the 2022 Zurich Classic, we’ve reached the final round of play. Below, find everything you need to know about tournament money, including payout information and winner’s share on Sunday afternoon.
2022 Zurich Classic final round preview
Golf’s preeminent Ryder Cup bromance is taking their relationship to the next level at the 2022 Zurich Classic. Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay — who formed two halves of the United States’ most dominant pairing at Whistling Straits in September — are rekindling things in New Orleans this week to great success. Schauffele and Cantlay enter Sunday’s final round leading the tournament after a series of ridiculous four-ball performances to start the week. They’ll look to parlay that early week success into another triumphant team victory on Sunday afternoon, and they’ll enter the final round with a hefty five-stroke lead to do so.
Trailing closely behind are Garrick Higgo and Branden Grace, a pair of South Africans hoping to launch a final round comeback. The week’s feel-good tandem of Bill and Jay Haas sits even further behind, at T38, some 21 strokes back of Schauffele and Cantlay.
Below is the complete payout information, including winner’s share for the 2022 Zurich Classic’s $8.3 million purse; you can catch the action on Sunday afternoon on CBS.
