The 2022 Presidents Cup — the 14th playing of the biennial event — kicks off this week at Quail Hollow Club in North Carolina. Here is our complete 2022 Presidents Cup viewer’s guide for the entire tournament, including full streaming and TV schedules.
Presidents Cup preview
This year’s rematch between the U.S. and International squads will be a Presidents Cup unlike any other. U.S. captain Davis Love III and International captain Trevor Immelman have had to contend with something no other captains have before: the rise of LIV Golf.
In June, the PGA Tour announced that LIV Golf pros would be banned from playing the Presidents Cup, so the captains were forced to compile rosters missing some of their biggest stars, especially Immelman, as the International side doesn’t have as much depth as the Americans.
The result is that the Americans, who are 11-1-1 in the history of the event, are even bigger favorites than usual, to the tune of -700 to win. If Immelman and the Internationals are to avenge their narrow loss to the Tiger Woods-led U.S. team in 2019, they’ll have to a pull off a huge upset at storied Quail Hollow.
Fans watching the action from home will have extensive viewing options. NBC and Golf Channel will handle the TV broadcasts, and the entire tournament can be streamed via Peacock, NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports App.
