The final round of the 2022 Open Championship kicks off Sunday morning, July 17, at the Old Course at St. Andrews, and by day’s end a new champion will be crowned. Round 4 Open tee times will be determined upon the completion of the third round Saturday night. Once the are released, they will be reproduced at the bottom of this post.
Predicting Open Round 4 tee times
As is always the case with final rounds, we know the official tee times for Sunday at the 150th Open until the final putt drops in Cameron Smith and Cameron Young’s group Saturday evening. But tee times don’t change much year-to-year, so by looking at last year’s event we can get a strong idea of what the tee times for Sunday will be.
At the final round of the 2021 Open Championship at Royal St. George’s, winner Collin Morikawa teed off in the final pairing at 9:35 a.m. ET alongside Louis Oosthuizen. Kevin Kisner was the first player to tee off that Sunday at 3 a.m. ET.
Whoever ends up in the final pairing on Sunday at St. Andrews, we can expect them to begin their rounds at a similar time as Morikawa nd Oosthuizen did last year.
