Previewing 3M Open Round 3

Rickie Fowler got off to a hot start on Thursday, opening with a seven-under 64 to lead the field with Troy Merritt after the first round. But a second-round 73 has him trailing by five shots after 36 holes. The tournament’s new co-leaders, Adam Hadwin and Ryan Armour, are 10 under par overall.

Four players are one shot back in a tie for third: Bo Hoag, Chez Reavie, Jhonattan Vegas and Roger Sloan. Louis Oosthuizen, just days removed from his latest major heartbreak, is four shots back after firing consecutive 68s.

Other big names in the mix include Keegan Bradley, Gary Woodland, Jimmy Walker and Charl Schwartzel (seven under overall and three shots back).
